James Burton

James is an experienced real estate professional who began his real estate sales career at the beginning of 2002. Prior to this he gain invaluable experience in the Industry by being an apprentice appraiser and completed all required appraisal education.

Having started in the industry doing appraisal work has been a great asset to his clients helping them negotiate transactions. For buyers, it helps them understand where the current market is and helps them see where their offer would stand in comparison to “market value”. For sellers it has tremendously helped them to see from the appraisal standpoint of how to price their home correctly, and make sure they are not pricing it beyond what a buyer could get lending for. Or, depending on the sellers need, help them price it so that it will move for them in their needed timeframe.
