Chad Storey

Chad Storey is founder of Asset Realty, Asset Capital and Pipeline Platform. Before creating the current group of companies, Chad founded the software company Lockdown Networks. After 3 years, Lockdown had grown to serve over 30 large customers. Chad also worked from 1997 to 2001 in various roles both management and development for RealNetworks. He is currently a very active real estate investor on the West Coast and holds several degrees in Computer Science.

*VC Round: Raised 7 Million in Venture Capital from Ignition Partners in Bellevue led by Cameron Myhrvold *Engaged initial customers, partners, ISV’s, standards bodies, government elites and key influencers (including competition) to understand the pain associated with Automated Discovery of Network and Computer Vulnerabilities. Architected, developed software, technical product management, PR, policy, sales and focus groups to prototype. *Successfully sold product licensing into Government, F1000 and SME markets including, the FBI, State of Alaska, Group Health, Regence Health Care, Children’s Hospitals and hundreds of others *Marketing/Roadmap: Defined the market opportunity, sizing, segments and requirement document to establish the product strategy and roadmap for a three year time horizon. Developed key scenarios, use-cases and reporting framework to aid feature development in the future. *Successfully executed the “Launch” for 3 versions of the Application internet marketing campaign working with the channel directly; exceeding awareness goals by 300%, penetration by 60% and product adoption by over 100%. *Sold out all equity to Ignition in December 2004 and resigned

• Managed teams of programmers serving enterprise customers and consumer products for main product sets • Spun prototypes projects into revenue producing products, managed Program Managers to run features • Relationship Management with Yahoo, MTV, CNN, Disney traveling to their locations quarterly • Developed Database prototype to track global location based Licensing for 120 million RealPlayer installs , building download trending information for Maria Cantwell and her Marketing team. This prototype turned into a team of 20 people. • Stress Testing Lab with over 400 machines to optimize the Real Audio and Real Video Server, this project turned into a team of 7 engineers with a Product Manager • Sold out all equity, stocks, released all options and resigned December 2000.

• Developed applications and IT networking support to many internal customers in enterprise systems management, business applications (internet, intranet and web services) and services using standard protocols.
